Please email your name and order confirmation number to email@example.com no later than 15 days after you have received your item. Our team will respond with a return/exchange authorization number. Please note, we will not accept a return/exhange past the 15-day timeframe.
Please securely pack your items with the original tags attached. To be eligible for a return, item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be returned in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be processed in 3—7 business days, as per your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping & Delivery Info
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
JOEFFER CAOC will ship your order to your shipping address indicated in the Order Confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website for online tracking.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typically orders are processed within 5 business days, plus applicable transit time.
